Shipping Policy

At Dose of Naturals, we are committed to providing transparent shipping costs for all our customers. We prioritize prompt shipping for every order, although processing delays may occur during sale events and peak shopping days. 

Processing Time: 

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. Standard shipping times vary based on your location, after the receipt and payment confirmation. However, we want to clarify that we do NOT guarantee specific shipping times since shipping durations may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances. 

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders : Typically, 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • International Orders: Generally, 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

 

Shipping Methods: 

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. 

Domestic and International Shipping: 

We currently ship to domestic and international addresses. Dose of Naturals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Information: 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. 

Shipping Delays: 

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. 

Return and Refund Policy 

At Dose of Naturals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return and refund policy below to help guide you through the process.

Return Process: 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@doseofnaturals.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. We will guide you through the return process. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS (Within India)

1. Request Return: Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please      ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

4.  Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 
1. Request Return: International customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their order to request a return.

2. Return Authorization: Obtain an RA number from our customer service team.

3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees. The product must be securely packaged and labeled with the RA number.

4. Inspection: Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Return Conditions: 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. 

Refund Processing: 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

Damaged or Defective Items: 

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive defective items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order for the desired item.
