    No, our essential oils are pure and undiluted. We do not blend them with carrier oils or other additives, providing you with the unadulterated benefits of each essential oil.

  • Can your essential oils be used internally? 

    No, we do not suggest internal use of our essential oils. While our oils are of the highest therapeutic grade, pure, and meticulously sourced, internal use poses potential risks and is not in alignment with our recommended usage. Several factors contribute to our recommendation against internal use. Each person's body reacts differently, and internal use may not be suitable for everyone. 

    Internal use of essential oils should only be undertaken under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional who is well-versed in aromatherapy and essential oil usage.For therapeutic benefits, we recommend using our essential oils through aromatherapy or diluted for topical applications.

  • Do I need to keep my carrier products inside the refrigerator? 

    The preference is yours! However, it's advisable to store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration may cause certain oils to solidify or become cloudy, but this does not affect their quality. If you prefer a chilled application for specific reasons, you can refrigerate the carrier oil temporarily. Always check individual carrier oil specifications for any unique storage requirements and guidelines.

    We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. Standard shipping times vary based on your location, typically ranging from 2 to 4 business days of receipt and payment confirmation.. However, we want to clarify that we do NOT guarantee specific shipping times since shipping durations may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • How can I cancel my order? 

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and we do not accept any cancellation after 3 hours of order placement. We offer our prices at discounted and wholesale prices and in order to maintain that we have to follow this approach. We provide small packaging for each product so that you can experience the product before making an bulk quantity order placement.
