The Myrrh tree biologically called Commiphora myrrha is a thorny, small tree local to parts of the Middle East and Africa including Yemen, Ethiopia and Somalia. This tree is a member of the Burseraceae family. The height of this tree is 5 meters and it has a bushy, rugged appearance with white flowers and small leaves.
